What is your return policy?

EQ Kitchen Line, LLC guarantees the quality of the products we sell. We’d be happy to accept a return or issue an exchange within 30 days of purchase if you aren't completely satisfied.

Please note that not all items qualify for return. Used equipment, custom or manufactured-to-order items, mishandled or misused equipment, and items that are not in resalable condition are ineligible for return.

Buyer’s remorse is not grounds for a return. Approval of return requests is at the sole discretion of EQ Kitchen Line, LCC.

A standard restock fee of 20% will be applied to returns. This may be modified at the discretion of EQ Kitchen Line, LLC.

Prior to making any returns, you must reach a return agreement with EQ Kitchen Line, LLC and obtain a Return Authorization number. There is no guarantee that a credit will be made for an unauthorized return. To begin this process, please contact us

Return-eligible merchandise must be returned complete and in unused, uninstalled condition with original packaging, accessories and instructions, and wrapped securely to protect from damage during shipping. Any item damaged while being returned to EQ Kitchen Line, LLC is the buyer’s responsibility.

Returned goods will be inspected to assess fit for resale condition.

How can I return merchandise?

To return an item to EQ Kitchen Line, LLC, first contact us in order to reach a return agreement and receive a Return Authorization number.

After we have reached a return agreement and you have received a Return Authorization number, ensure that all items being returned are packaged in original packaging with all accessories and instructions. Please ensure secure wrapping to minimize the potential for items to be damaged in transit. We recommend you ship your items with a traceable method so you can track shipment status. How long does it take for a refund?

After your returned items have been received, we will issue you a refund to your credit card account within 10 business days. A refund by check will take up to 14 business days. Please note that the refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
